service department need to have some manners. when you change the check in back to the one in the shop and not the one off to the side like it has been don't be short and rude with the customer for not knowing you changed it.

We did quite a bit of the prep work prior to going to the dealership to finalize everything and we were still there over 2 hours. Way too much time for having all that time spent up front. We were happy with our salesman since we are not a fan at all of the hard sell techniques used on car lots but it would have been a perfect transaction if they just wouldn't have kept us sitting on the curb waiting for them to have our new car ready to leave.

All the sales staff at the used car area were very professional and welcoming. Our guy, Greg Morris was fantastic. He showed us SUV's that matched our requirements within our budget. We love the Telluride Greg showed us, so we took it home with. We were given a great value for our trade in. We had a great positive experience and would recommend this dealership to friends.

Routine oil change. Timely service, nice clean, comfortable waiting area, free coffee or hot chocolate, tv game shows for entertainment. Easy check out in service area.

The service was not as friendly as usual. They failed to removed the old sticker ftom the corner of my window and put a new one on it. When told what needed to be replaced I said no on one thing and yes on the in cabin filter but they did not replace it.

Now that I am driving a GMC, I have to say my service has been excellent. Love the waiting room atmosphere and the customer service has been top tier. I cannot remember the name of the man that scheduled my appt but he was amazing. Definitely going back.

I scheduled an appointment for repair of our 2022 Chevrolet Bolt phone charging pad and to check a recall of the vehicle’s portable charging cable. I dropped the vehicle off on 2/27/2025 at the appointment time, and didn’t hear anything for a week. I called in to speak with a service advisor on 3/5/2025 and was told the vehicle had not been looked at yet, as they only had one EV tech and one car was being looked at before mine.
