Wilson did a great job. I called in the morning to schedule my first service call on a new car. He got me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment. I showed up early and he pulled me in right away and very quickly had my car ready and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.

Transmission was replaced via warranty. Serra KIA Service reps were very professional and did a great job keeping me informed. They acted quickly to get our vehicle repaired and back on the road and, so far, it is running perfectly. They have always been responsive and great to work with.

Yeah was a good car lot but my youngest son stepson came up there to buy a vehicle and y'all try to find a $20,000 vehicle off on him and it's got colds and needs to be worked on and everything else and I won't recommend y'all no more what's so bad about it his girlfriend bought a car there about 8 9 years ago and they were going to come back and buy a Tahoe and he's got poor reserve results from y'all

We waited on them to clean the car for us to take and only thing they did was wash the outside, on the inside was marks that was not touched and if the oil was changed like they told us that they were doing then why did they not change the life button for that?! otherwise I love my new car and my salesman was awsome.

Carl Comer was our sales rep. and he was very helpful and willing to get us exactly what we wanted. Chase White was very patient in explaining the financing process and answering our questions. Another staff (sorry, I forgot his name) helped us get OnStar setup and even offered our 2 year old granddaughter a snack while we waited.

I had to drop my car off before work even though my appointment wasn't until 4pm. They gave me a ride to work and the young man was super polite. The service department had my car done before my scheduled time. They even made arrangements for me so I could get my car after hours.
