I have been to this dealership multiple times for oil changes, tire rotations, and for recall work. Each time I have been there, I am greeted wit ha friends face and a knowledgeable staff. The service I receive has always been of good quality, and they get done in a timely manner. The free coffee and snacks don't hurt either!
Front desk are always nice, respectful , professional. The place is kept clean. It’s pretty good setup.

Best dealership experience we have ever dealt with. We traded vehicles and the sales person (Jonathan Cox) was very professional and not pushy. We were treated with respect (seniors) and patience. The process was easy compared to past purchases at other dealerships.
The service department was clean and a nice environment. I had my oil changes quickly with no issues.

Service department is top notch. Had set up regular service and a transmission service however the transmission fluid I needed wasn’t available that day. Cody told me he would call as soon as as it arrived. And he did that the next day as he said he would. Immediately set trans service for the very next day. They have been super to work with.
Love doing business here. They took care of everything. Got my recalls fixed and oil changed. Barely had to wait!

Mark and Austin worked hard for 2 weeks to find me a Traverse with all the options I wanted. The buying process was smooth, I got a great incentivized interest rate and the financing department was very nice and knowledgeable. Nobody was pushy and everybody was very friendly. After dealing with ongoing issues and disappointment with Jones Chevrolet regarding repairs on my vehicle even after purchasing my car there however my experience with Serra was completely different. Serra Chevrolet was able to diagnose and repair my car within just 3 days, and they even helped assist me with a rental vehicle during the process. Overdue review but I wanted to thank Joseph in the service department for his quick assistance getting me back on the road! An auto shop didn’t do repairs correctly on my Chevy truck triggering the abs system on the highway. I was traveling west with a trailer on a deadline. After calling a couple Chevy dealerships, I drove 40 minutes in the opposite direction because Joseph was able to get me in immediately for a quick evaluation. They got my car in right away and I was out in less than thirty minutes.
They are very clean and nice , however I asked for my tires to be rotated and they did not rotate them but tried to charge me for it! Thankfully the cashier caught it and took the charge off! They also recommended that I needed new wipers instead of actually checking them , I just put new wipers on !
